The beach of Damouchari is in the south gulf of the homonymous village, often referred to by the locals as Old Damouchari.
The beach has a wild beauty with white pebbles of various sizes called “Krokales” washed by the clean transparent waters, making a distinctive rattle sound. The beach does not offer any amenities such as sunbeds or umbrellas, so you must be organized upon visiting.
For dining and accommodation head to the northern gulf of Damouchari just 2 minutes away walking, a charming little port where you’ll have the chance to taste seafood delicacies in the calmness of this pristine settlement.
Access to the beach is relatively easy, Damouchari is located below Mouresi. To reach the beach you’ll have to park your car above the village and walk through it, as no cars are allowed within it. Alternatively for the lovers of hiking the beach can be reached by walking from Tsagkarada or Agios Ioannis through wonderful paths, making it an ideal resting and refreshing spot.
